My name is Aaron Short, but most people call me AJ because I’m a “Junior”. I am an African American 17-year-old “junior” (ironically) in high school.  Numerous things interest me.  Most recently, photography has come to the forefront for me because of the numerous ways you are able to tell stories with a single image.  My core hobbies include playing sports, singing, hanging out with friends, and playing video games.  I also love watching and talking about sports.  In fact, sports broadcasting is something that I have a major interest in pursuing.  My goal is to graduate high school and attend a 4-year college, but I want photography to be another pathway for joy and income.
